Holiday Home Ownership
Lodge Owners. Owners at both Glen Garry and Invergarry can use their holiday home for holiday letting, holiday use or residential use.Housekeeping & Laundry are available on site all year round along with a maintenance team who are also based on site. Our duty manager is available at reception to welcome your guests 24/7. Income varies depending on the time of year but is in the region of £250 per weekend and £550 per week. Holiday lodges are let using the Sykes cottages platform and Airbnb.
Fort William . The Fort William and Lochaber area is the busiest holiday area in Scotland twelve months of the year. Activities are provided by our 5 star outdoor activities provider Active Outdoor Pursuits who are based on site. Providing activities all year round which include white water rafting canoeing paddle boarding and all winter sports at the nearby Anoch Mor ski lift center. The Great Glen Way a walking trail from Fort William to Inverness offres walking and cycling to the outdoor enthusiast .
Hamish’s café . Our Own Café is located on site providing Scottish food and drink. The local area is also awash with investment, there are two newly refurbished hotels and restaurants nearby. One is the Whispering Pines Hotel which has a seafood restaurant in an elevated position overlooking Loch Lochy with stunning views. The other is Rokeby Manor a hotel and restaurant offering authentic Indian food. Both these restaurants are open all year round and are within a 5 to10 min drive from the park.
Glengarry lodges have fantastic views over the Loch Lochy basin and offer a different more relaxed ownership option with only 10 lodges in total. All lodges are two bedroom one bathroom. Wild Pine Martens are seen on the park every day as are Red Deer in the winter. All lodges have stunning loch and mountain views.
Invergarry Lodges. Have stunning views across Loch Oich , many lodges are located on the Lochside. Loch Oich is part of the Caladonian Canal System. Lodges on the Invergarry park are a variation of two bedroom two bathroom or three bedroom one bathroom.
Residential Use .Our lodges at Invergarry and Glengarry are homes which come with a full home report carried out by Shepherds in Inverness. Our lodges do not decrease in value like modern style lodges built today. Residential use is very popular and an option if you wish to make your lodge your full-time home. The local area has everything you would require to enjoy a peaceful life in the Scottish Highlands. The town of Fort William is only a twenty minute drive away and offers a choice of shops including a new retail park with Argos, Costa Coffee, Marks and Spencer’s, Home Bargains and much more. Fort Augustas is a 15 minute drive.
Ground lease is £2500 per year on a 60-year lease this is in replace of council tax as all services are provided by the park.
